6. Winners’ Determination/Odds:

Winners will be determined via random drawing, to be conducted by Avid Inc., an independent judging organization, whose decisions will be final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

For First Prizes, potential winners will be selected in weekly random drawings from among all eligible entries received during a given week as well as non-winning eligible entries received from previous week(s), as applicable. For Weeks 1 – 26, seventy-five (75) potential First Prize winners will be selected per week; in Week 27, fifty (50) potential First Prize winners will be selected. However, Sponsor reserves the right to modify the number of First Prizes available each week in the interest of awarding First Prizes which are unclaimed or forfeited in preceding week(s), as applicable. Odds of winning a First Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received for a given weekly random drawing. See Exhibit A below for start and end dates (i.e., deadlines for receipt of online entries), deadlines for receipt of mail-in entries and approximate drawing date for each week.

For Grand Prizes: there will be two (2) Grand Prize random drawings with one (1) winner selected per Grand Prize random drawing. For the first Grand Prize random drawing, one (1) potential winner will be selected from among all non-winning eligible entries received through Week 15; specifically, all eligible on-line entries received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on June 13, 2026 and all eligible mail-in entries received by June 23, 2026, excluding any entries of First Prize winners in weekly random drawings. The first Grand Prize random drawing will take place on or about June 24, 2026.  For the second Grand Prize random drawing, one (1) potential Grand Prize will be selected from among all non-winning eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period (excluding any eligible entries of First Prize winners in weekly random drawings as well as the Grand Prize winner in the first Grand Prize random drawing.) Specifically, the second Grand Prize random drawing will include all eligible on-line entries received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on September 8, 2026 and all eligible mail-in entries received by September 15, 2026, including non-winning eligible entries from weekly random drawings and non-winning eligible entries from the first Grand Prize random drawing. The second Grand Prize random drawing will take place on or about September 16, 2026. Odds of winning a Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable Grand Prize random drawing (that is, either the first or second Grand Prize random drawing as the case may be).

Selected potential winners will be notified initially by phone and/or email following their selection.

Potential first prize winners will be sent a prize claim form via email with instructions on how to claim your prize. Allow 2 – 4 weeks for processing and delivery of prize. Please note that you are not officially a winner until your eligibility has been verified and you have fully complied with these Official Rules.

During grand prize winner notification, each selected potential grand prize winner must confirm their eligibility, and indicate their willingness and ability to accept the prize.  Each potential grand prize winner will then receive official notification via email delivery, including prize acceptance documents which must be completed and returned per the provided instructions and as outlined below.  If any selected potential grand prize winner does not meet the eligibility requirements, or is unable or unwilling to accept the prize, elects to decline the prize or fails to return the required prize acceptance documents within the required time frame, s/he will be disqualified and, at Sponsor’s discretion and time permitting, an alternate grand prize winner will be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries and notified as per the procedures outlined above.  Any disqualified entrant will not receive any alternate prize substitution or compensation.  Decisions of the Administrator in the selection and determination of the winner and all matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final and binding.

All potential Grand Prize winners will be required to complete and sign in the presence of a Notary and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release, where legal, and a W-9 form and all First Prize winners will be required to complete and sign in the presence of a witness who is 21 years of age or older and not a blood relative by marriage and returnwhere legal, a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within three (3) days of notification that he/she is a potential winner and any winner will be required to present a copy of a valid driver’s license or government issued photo ID with valid residential address and a copy of a valid social security card as a condition of receiving their respective prize. If the Administrator is unsuccessful in its attempt to reach a potential any prize winner via email for any reason (including but not limited to incorrect email addresses provided by entrant, junk/spam folder delivery, blocked delivery or failure by any potential winner to check their email) and/or speak directly with a potential prize winner within three (3) days of the initial notification attempt to email address or phone number associated with that entrant’s entry, then that entrant may be disqualified. Note: phone messages will not be left during the winner notification process. No potential winner will be an official winner until any required paperwork has been returned and eligibility has been formally verified by Administrator and/or Sponsor. If any potential winner fails to comply with these Official Rules and/or to submit required documentation within the designated time period, he/she will be automatically disqualified and the associated prize will not be awarded. All winners shall be solely responsible for paying all applicable taxes (including, but not limited to, all local, state and federal taxes) that may be or become due in connection with their respective prize award, and Grand Prize winner shall be issued a 1099 form reflecting the value of the Grand Prize award.

Entry in the Sweepstakes constitutes an entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to abide by and accept the terms and conditions of these Official Rules. Prizes are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash except for Grand Prize (assuming Gift Card option is chosen), where required by applicable law. Prize is not transferable except with Sponsor’s prior consent which may be granted or withheld in its sole discretion without liability of any kind. All federal, state and local taxes on a Prize are each winner’s sole responsibility. By accepting a Prize, said winner waives the right to assert as a cost of winning a Prize, any and all costs of redemption or travel to redeem a Prize and any and all liability that might arise from redeeming or seeking to redeem a Prize including any costs of use of same. All costs and expenses associated with a Prize acceptance and use that are not specified herein are the sole responsibility of each winner.

Upon receipt of a Prize, a winner shall be required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local law, rules and regulations.

Payout, if selected, is subject to 24% federal tax withholding for winner residing in the U.S. and may be subject to additional applicable federal or state withholdings depending on winner’s place of residence. Such improper conduct includes, without limitation, falsifying personal information required during entry or a Prize claim, violating any term or condition stated here, accumulating entries through methods such as automated computer scripts or any other programming techniques, allowing others to use an entrant’s personal information (or for online entry, proof of qualifying WHITE CLAW® Hard Seltzer purchase) for the purpose of accumulating entries, or intentionally trying to defraud, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise tamper with the computer programs/technology in connection with this Sweepstakes. Entrants agree that Sponsor may void a Prize an entrant may have won and/or require the return of a Prize an entrant may have won (or its value) as a result of such improper conduct. Entrants further acknowledge that any forfeiture of a Prize and/or return of a Prize shall in no way prevent Sponsor from pursuing other avenues of recourse such as criminal or civil proceedings in connection with such conduct.

12. Sponsor’s Rights: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, abbreviate, or suspend this Sweepstakes should it be compromised by computer virus, program bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor, including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, without any compensation or liability to any entrant. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
